Order cancellations will not be offered once the order has been placed. Please ensure the correct items are purchased at checkout.

Returns & Change of mind

As it can be difficult to choose the right size and style online, we offer a full refund or credit note on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase; with invoice provided, tag still attached and the garment unworn and in its original condition. Returns postage must be paid in full by the customer. A 10% discount will be offered for next purchase.

 

Exchange

As it can be difficult to choose the correct size online, we offer a direct exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase; with invoice provided, tag still attached and the garment unworn and in its original condition. Returns postage must be paid in full by the customer.

A 10% discount will be offered for next purchase.

No refund or exchange will be made for permanently marked down items (e.g. end of season sales) unless for faulty items. NXTLVL has the right to refuse returns or exchanges on clear signs of customer damage.

 

Faulty items

In the case of faulty products, we will offer a refund, exchange or credit note. These are under the terms that it is within 14 days of purchase; with the invoice provided, tag attached and the garment unworn, and in its original condition.

In the case of faulty items, a 15% discount will be offered for next purchase. 

 

Received the wrong item

If the order received is incorrect, the correct item will be delivered once the original order is received by NXTLVL. The item should be returned within 14 days of purchase; with invoice provided, tag still attached and the garment undamaged and in its original condition. Returns postage costs will be incurred by NXTLVL.

In the case of wrongly received items, a 15% discount will be offered for next purchase. 

NXTLVL has the right to refuse wrongly received orders if the customer’s original invoice matches the originally received item.

 

Items lost or damaged in transit

NXTLVL is not liable for items lost or any damages that may occur to the product in transit. Please note that:

  • If orders are placed separately, they may be sent in different packages and have different arrival dates
  • If the items have not arrived after 1 week since shipment email – please contact us at info@nxt-lvl.com.au
